You can use General File Splitter to divide a large file into smaller pieces, for example to proces it more easily, send it via the Internet, save it to a CD, etc. Also, it creates an autorun file to be able to return to a whole without having to install this program. General File Splitter works with files of any type or extension.

General File Splitter has some interesting functions: support for very large file sizes, fragment a complete file or just the first X parts (where X is the number specified by the user), or the already mentioned ability to rejoin the pieces into the original file, etc.
